JOB SUMMARY
The Teller is responsible for accurate and efficient processing and recording of routine transactions for PSSLAI members including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. She also promotes and advises PSSLAI members on the Association's products and services.

Accounts Representative Head Office

Account Representative
JOB SUMMARY
Performs activities that involve selling, customer service as well as the overall management of sales through reports generation (from lead generation, promotional marketing to closing of deals). Other activities include research and product/services development that are suitable to the particular needs of PSSLAI’s clientele. Coordinates and works with the support teams in the regional offices as well as the Head Office for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with PSSLAI’s vision and values.

Member Service Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
The Member Service Assistant is primarily responsible for the marketing initiatives within their assigned region and meets the Association’s set targets for the year. The MSA is also responsible for the screening and evaluation of all membership and loan applications received in their assigned region, which includes but are not limited to assessment of loan/membership applications, submitted documents and others. The MSA also promotes and advises PSSLAI members on the products and services offered by the Association as well as handle all customer inquiries and ensure that the services provided by the Association is efficiently delivered to all concerned.

Internal Audit Assistant
The Internal Audit Assistant is responsible for reviewing and assessing PSSLAI's financials, processes, controls, and practices, as well as related procedures according to the yearly audit plans to provide the Head of the Audit Department objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the Association's operations. The internal auditor shall perform management, information systems and technologies, financial and security audits in all locations of the Association to review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics
Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
With recognized professional designation, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is a plus.
Preferably with work experience using IT internal audit methodologies, with sufficient knowledge of IT environment and controls.
With at least 1-2 yrs. experience in preparing audit reports including executive summary and rating of adequacy of control and risk management.

Agent Management Team Lead
JOB SUMMARY
The Agent Management Team Lead (AMTL) will be responsible for leading the Agent’s Management unit to administer the agent’s recruitment, maintenance, and termination. AMTL will oversee directing the Agents in achieving the assigned sales target. The AMTL will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in sales and the ability to motivate and coach the agents.
