PSSLAI VISA Card Management:
- Mag-apply ng VISA Card.
- Transfer funds:
*From own PSSLAI account to VISA card.
*From own VISA card to other PSSLAI VISA/EON accounts or other banks (via InstaPay or PESONet).
- Manage settings: View transaction history, block/unblock card, change ATM PIN, and CVV number.
How to Register
Visit the PSSLAI Bilis Online website or download the app from:
App Store
Google Play Store
Click Sign Up and fill out the registration form:
Membership Number: Found on your PSSLAI Membership ID.
Username: 8–20 characters, alphanumeric only.
Password: 8–20 characters, must include one uppercase, one lowercase, and a combination of letters, numbers, or symbols.
Agree to the Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click the Sign Up button.
Receive a One-Time-Pin (OTP) via your registered mobile number. Ensure your mobile number in the system is updated.
Enter the OTP on the screen.
Log in using your username and password to access PSSLAI Bilis Online or Bilis Mobile App.
Who Can Register?
All Regular and Associate Members aged 18 years and above.
Members must have an updated mobile number in their membership record to receive OTPs for secure transactions like account creation, password changes, and fund transfers.
